Kurai blinked "wait for me!!!!" she yells as she runs after Jewel.

Jeremy reached the place he was looking for. The fake Jeremy, Thanatos, stood over a box with six card sized slits in the top. Then he inserted the cards he had won from the others into the slits and the box was unlocked. Just as this happened Jeremy collapsed. Thanatos removed the cards from the box and turned around to see the people chasing after him.

"Perfect, now one of you can be the first victim of the Underworld Cards."

Renjiro arrived at the volcano breathing heavily and just in time to catch jeremy before he feel to the ground "You ok dude?"

"You Renjiro, you will be my first opponent. But the Underworld cards wont work for me unless I wager something valuable. So I wager this. My Millennium Rod. And you will wager your rarest card."

Thanatos activated his duel disk and drew his starting 5 cards.

I wager my Qu – Master of the Dark Magicians. He activates his duel discand draws 6 cards "My go, i summon 1 card face down and place two face downs. i then place two face downs. I scarifice both those face down to summon Dark Magician Queen in attack mode. Now i activate her special effect allowing me to summon a card with dark magician in its name that i have in my hand and that happens to be a Dark magician. next i place 1 card face down. i end my go"

"I draw, and activate the field spell Underworld. This spell lets me summon my level 5 or higher Underworld monsters without a sacrifice, So I summon my Underworld Ruler in defense mode. Then I activate my equip spell Face of the Underworld and I equip it to my Underworld Ruler. Then I place two cards face down and end my turn."

Underworld Ruler - attack = 0000/defense = 4000
effect: as long as this card is on the field I can not lose life points for any reason.

Face of the Underworld - equip
effect: the monster equipped with this card is not destroyed by battle and is immune to spell, trap and monster effects.

"Nice move!" he draws "Yes, i put one card face down and i end my turn"

"My draw and during my standby phase my Underworld field spell deals 500 points of damage for each underworld monster I control. That means you lose 500 life points. Now I summon my Underworld Mistress to the field in attack position. I end my turn."

Underworld mistress - attack = 1800 + 500 = 2300/defense = 1600
Her ability increase the attack of all Underworld monsters on the field by 500 points and lets me change any attack that targets her to a different monster on the field.

"Its my turn again, so I draw and you lose 500 life points for each underworld monster. This time I have two, so you lose 1000 life points. But after that I end my turn."

(This means you have lost 1500 total life points putting you at 2500.)

"i draw, i place one card face down and i end my turn!"

"I draw again and again you lose life points...another 1000 to be exact. Now I summon my Underworld Dragon. When this monster is summoned we both reveal our hands and lose 100 life points for each spell or trap card. I only have one card in my hand and it is the spell Fire of the Underworld so I lose 100 life points. Now what about you."

he waves both his hands "Nope no card at all!"

"Now I end my turn."

"Meh theres nothing i can do so ill end my turn!"

"My turn, you not thinking straight. Now before I draw let me explain your mistake. You could have attacked and destroyed my Underworld Dragon because but you didn't. You don't think your moves through and therefore you don't deserve to win. Now I draw and my field spell deals 500 damage for each Underworld monster. Now that I have 3 you lose 1500 life points...and that means I win."

his life points go to zero "I didnt see the point" he then smiled "Good duel"

"It seems that with these cards I can't lose. So I don't need this Rod any more." Said Thanatos as he threw the rod to the ground. "Now I will either face one of you or I will leave this place and take over the world.

he picked up the rod and said "Nice!" he said as he picked it up and it started to glow "What the hell"

"It seems as if you are the new owner of the rod. But as weak as you are, will you be its master or will the rod take over your mind as it did with Marik in the past. Only time will tell."

Thanatos then disappeared into the shadows as he had done earlier. As soon as Thanatos was gone Jeremy woke up.

The rod stopped glowing and then renjiro put it away into one of his belt holes "Wow, i hope i aint going to turn into a Marik"

jewel blinked running up to renjiro. "what just happened??" she said looking around she knelt down next to jeremy,

"you okay?" she said placing a hand on his back and arm helping him up.

"Yer he's ok, and the fake jeremy just disappeared out of thin air before i could do anything"

Kurai has just cought up to Jewel to see her helping up the new Jeremy. "did i miss anything?" she asks hunched over completly out of breath.

Jeremy stood up and looked around. After realizing that Renjiro had lost and Thanatos was no longer around he walked for about 15 feet, turned around and put all the others to sleep with his millennium eye.

"Don't worry, as soon as I am far enough away you will all wake up, but at least you won't get hurt while I am battling Thanatos."

Jeremy then walked away. After he was far enough away for his eye to keep Jewel, Renjiro and Kurai all asleep but not be able to see or hear anything from them Thanatos returned and bent low over Renjiro.

"I told you not to betray me Renjiro. I gave you these cards and I will take them back."

Thanatos then took Renjiro's deck and removed all the cards he had given him, giving back only the cards Renjiro already had. Then Thanatos disappeared just in time so that the sleeping people would not see them as Jeremy reached the edge of his power and they would wake up, unable to follow either Jeremy or Thanatos.

(you guys just make your own RP for a while and wait for this to start back up when Jeremy returns.)
